Unfortunately, DICE hasn’t provided any details on what players can expect, though with Crimson Front nearing release, news should be arriving sooner than later. On April 30, fans are hoping theBattlefield 2042map controversy will be alleviatedonce the second Season 7 map called Stadium launches, while a Mid-May update will see the XFAD-4 Draugr bomber and DFR Strife LGM launch in full.

Following the news ofBattlefield-focused Ridgeline Games shutting down, many fans are wondering where the franchise is going next. After confirming the Season 7 news, EA gave a little clarity on that subject by confirming Motive Studio is joining the franchise following its work on theDead Space RemakeandStar Wars: Squadrons.
