There are many skill trees in the game, but one of the most popular ones is the Cool attribute. Within the Cool attribute, there is the Cold Blooded skill tree. With Cold Blooded, players are able to build up the Cold Blood passive ability that gives them various buffs.
10Cold Blood
Cold Blood is the very first perk that players need to unlock when starting to build upon the Cold Blooded skill tree. This allows them to gain access to the Cold Blood passive ability whenever an enemy is defeated. Cold Blood lasts for 7 seconds and will increase the player’s movement speed by 2% when active.
There are three levels that the player can upgrade Cold Blood to, and for each one, Cold Blood will be able to stack one more time. The max stack size for Cold Blood is three and will last 1 second shorter for each stack (7s/6s/5s).

9Coolagulant
After bringing the Cold Blood perk to its max level, players will want to obtain the Coolagulant perk immediately after. This is because Coolagulant allows Cold Blood to last longer. to obtain Coolagulant, players must be level 11 in the Cool attribute.
Coolagulant states that rather than Cold Blood stacks being removed all at once, they are removed one by one. This means that the Cold Blood perk will be active for a lot longer for the player, and will come in handy whenever there aren’t any enemies directly in the vicinity.

8Critical Condition
The Critical Condition perk is available to players who level up V’s Cool attribute to level 16. This perk is very important forplayers looking to createtheir character build around the Cold Blood perk and Cold Blooded skill tree. Critical Condition has two levels to its passive ability.

At the first level, Critical Condition will make it so that the Cold Blood perk lasts 25% longer. At its second level, players' Cold Blood perk will last a whopping 50% longer. In combat with more than a dozen of enemies shooting at V, having Critical Condition can prove necessary with Cold Blood.
7Merciless
Once veterans inCyberpunk 2077have reached level 20 with the Cold Blooded skill tree, the Merciless perk will automatically be applied to work hand-in-hand with Cold Blood. Merciless is great for Cold Blood builds that focus on critical chance and damage.
With Merciless equipped, players' critical chance will be increased by 5% and their critical damage will be increased by a whopping 25% while Cold Blood is active. Not only that but for each perk level with Merciless, critical chance is increased by 1% and critical damage is increased by 3%.

6Blood Brawl
This perk is necessary for player builds that are looking to utilize melee weapons as their main or secondary weapons whileroaming around Night City. That is because Blood Brawl increases the damage output of melee weapons by 5%.
Blood Brawl also has one more level that players can purchase, which will increase the damage of melee weapons by 10%. For players to be able to purchase the Blood Brawl perk on the Cold Blooded skill tree, they will have to be level 5 in the Cool attribute.

5Predator
There are plenty of perks inCyberpunk 2077that increase the attack speed of V. Rather than pertaining to a specific weapon like blades, the Predator perk will increase players' attack speed by 10% for every stack of Cold Blood.

Predator, which players can unlock at level 12 in the Cool attribute, can be upgraded once more to increase attack speed by 30% for each stack of Cold Blood. With the right perks, Predator can help V fight with lighting-like speed whenusing melee weapons.
4Immunity
Immunity is one of the best perks in the game that players can collect for their character. Once players have reached an attribute level of 18 with Cool, they will be able to unlock this perk.
The Immunity perk will grant players immunity with Burn, Bleeding, Poison, and even Shock after they have reached 4 stacks of Cold Blood. With other Cold Blooded perks, this feat can easily be accomplished, and help players combat more difficult opponents that utilize such status effects.

3Coldest Blood
For players to achieve the greatest boosts from the Cold Blooded skill tree, they will need to unlock the Coldest Blood perk. The Coldest Blood perk increases the max stack size of the Cold Blood passive ability by 1 at its first level. When upgraded, Coldest Blood will increase the max stack size of Cold Blood by 2.
With Cold Blood and Coldest Blood maxed out, the maximum stack size becomes 5 stacks. In order to unlock Coldest Blood, players will need to reach level 16 with the Cool attribute and spend at least 1 Perk Point.

2Defensive Clotting
Defensive Clotting is a perk that players can find in the Cold Blooded skill tree, and it has two levels in which the player can upgrade. After reaching level 9 with Cool, Defensive Clotting becomes available. Initially, Defensive Clotting will increase players' Armor by 4% for each stack of the Cold Blood perk.
When upgraded, Defensive Clotting increases Armor by 8% for each Cold Blood stack. Because it works with Cold Blood stacks, Defensive Clotting pairs wonderfully with the Coldest Blood perk.

1Bloodswell
If there were a list ofunfair perks that V can utilizeinCyberpunk 2077, Bloodswell would definitely be near the top. The Bloodswell perk, which players can pick up at a Cool attribute level of 20, prevents the player’s death if Cold Blood is active.
When this happens, all Cold Blood stacks are removed, health is restored by 10% for each stack and grants immunity to damage for 5 seconds. While Bloodswell is active, players won’t be able to gain access to the Cold Blood passive ability.

Cyberpunk 2077is available now on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
