TheESRB databaserecently added arating forDragon’s Dogma 2, revealing that the new action RPG will have adult content involving sex workers. The rating outlines that theDragon’s Dogma 2player character may directly interact with sex workers and exchange currency for services. In addition, a brief sequence in the game will show the player character sleeping in a bed with a prostitute in their underwear before the screen fades to black. Another in-game cutscene will show two characters kissing and rolling in bed as well, but this particular sequence will not have nudity. The rating also shows that the suggestive themes apply to two monsters that have exposed breasts.

These sequences ultimately determined the “Sexual Themes” classification forDragon’s Dogma 2’sM rating. During most of the game, theDragon’s Dogma 2protagonist will explore the world and face off against monsters and other humans with a variety of weapons, including swords and spears. Likethe originalDragon’s Dogmagameand theDragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisenre-release, players may choose to enhance their character’s magical abilities as well.
Capcom did not reveal any bonuses or effects that the player character can receive from requesting the services of a sex worker inDragon’s Dogma 2. However, it won’t be much longer until players are able to find out for themselves, since the game launches in just three weeks. If a demo is on the way, it’s possible that players could create their in-game character, play a portion ofDragon’s Dogma 2’smain story, and continue from where they left off in the full game if save data transfers are supported.
