The good news is that you only need to visit Black Knife Catacombs and defeat the relatively easy Black Knife Assassin boss to get the Assassin’s Cerulean Dagger. However, this is a hidden boss, but here is where you can find him.
Where To Find Assassin’s Cerulean Dagger
As mentioned earlier, to get Assassin’s Cerulean Dagger inElden Ring, you must find and defeat Black Knife Assassin in Black Knife Catacombs. To get to this dungeon, you musttravel to Liurnia of the Lakesand take the Church of Vows Site of Grace in the eastern part of the region as a starting point. Next, go north along the main road, and a little before reaching the Ruined Labyrinth Site of Grace, turn northeast. Following the small path slightly to the left of Minor Erdtree, you will quickly notice the entrance to Black Knife Catacombs.
The entrance to this area is guarded by a Headless Mausoleum Knight, so you will have to defeat it before entering. Having overcome this obstacle, the path leading to the boss’s room will open, but not everything is so simple. Similarly to other small crypt dungeons, the steps lead you directly to the main boss, Cemetery Shade. At the same time, Black Knife Assassin is a secret boss, and here’s how to get to him:
Black Knife Assassin is a fast and agile boss thatdeals melee damage. He quickly jumps at the enemy with a single hit or combo, so a successful dodge is all that is needed to avoid damage. Use Standard, Slash, and Strike attacks todeal maximum damageto him. And if your build is magic-oriented, select Frostbite skills, but don’t use Holy attacks against which he has good resistance. Once the boss falls, you will receive the coveted Assassin’s Cerulean Dagger. In addition, the boss will drop Black Knifeprint, which will be helpful in the Sorcerer Rogier and Fia storylines.
