Updated on July 02, 2025, by Nahda Nabiilah:Collecting both halves of the Dectus Medallion will grant players access to Altus Plateau, which is theregion located near Liurnia of the Lakes. Once you collect theDectus Medallion (Left)from Limgrave and theDectus Medallion (Right)from Caelid, Tarnished must head to the Grand Lift of Dectus and join the two halves to reach the Altus Plateau. There is another faster way to reach the region, and it involves defeating a boss,Magma Wyrm Makar.
