Adventures don’t end whenFinal Fantasy 14players complete the main story. They can complete daily and weekly tasks for various rewards and complete their collection, customize their looks, and discover more stories. Rewards includegenerous XP bonuses for leveling, as well as countless cosmetic items.
Khloe’s Wondrous Tailsjournal completion is one of these farming mechanics. Players have two weeks to complete nine specific Duties and can get rewards every week when doing so. It stacks up with Roulette activities, which can tick Wondrous Tails tasks if the completed Duties meet the requirements. It’s recommended to keep updated with the bi-weekly resets and to get the new journal after each update.

How To Unlock The Wondrous Tails Journal In Final Fantasy 14
To access the Wondrous Tails, players need to beat least level 60 in combat. It’s part of theHeavenswardexpansion, but they don’t need to complete the full main scenario quest to unlock the quest.
The Wondrous Tails feature is obtained by completing the quest named “Keeping Up with the Aliapohs.” It’s given by Khloe Aliapoh inIdyllshire(X: 7, Y: 6). Then, all that is left to do is to complete the dialogues. After that, she will give the Warrior of Light their first journal of Wondrous Tails.

The Journal is found in theKey Itemstab, on the right of the Inventory. It’s opened by right-clicking on it and selecting “Use.” The objective is to get stamps, to complete lines if players are lucky, and to give the journal back to Khloe before it expires to earn rewards.FF14players have two weeks to complete a new Journal, but they can be redeemed every week, too.
How To Get The Best Wondrous Tails Journal Results In FF14
The way the Wondrous Tails’ journal works can be challenging to figure out at first, so here are the steps to complete the weekly journals inFF14:
Players won’t earn any reward if they don’t hand in their active Journal before the reset, as it will expire.

When a listed Duty is completed, players canclick on it to get a stamp. A random spot on the table will be stamped. The Wondrous Tails journal completion offers numerous kinds of rewards. Players can get furniture and accessories forplayer housing, some gil, unique mounts and minions. There’s no shortage of items to get, so fans can make a habit of getting their weekly journals before heading into their daily Roulettes.
Another strong point of Wondrous Tails is that players who use theFree Trialcan access it, even though Duties above level 70 are locked. It can be a useful way to farm resources and for leveling.

The more lines that are completed, the better rewards received. By completing a specific number of lines, players obtain the guaranteed rewards given without any line, and the rewards set for one specific number of lines. So if they complete three lines, they’ll obtain the rewards from no lines and three lines, but not for one and two lines. Completing those lines is the best way to get more rewards from Wondrous Tails journal completion. Fortunately, if they have no luck, players can use two mechanics to help players: Shuffling and Retries, located in the Second Chance tab.
Retrying Duties To Complete Wondrous Tails Journal Faster
Retry is a way to repeat the same Duty completion for one more stamp. After completing the Duty they want to do twice, they can click on Retry to be able to complete it and earn a second stamp from it. The Retry feature is useful to avoid Duties players don’t want to complete. It costs threeSecond Chancepoints, so it’s only possible to do it three times. Usually, the Duties listed are Dungeons from specific ranges of levels, specific Duties, and Extreme Trials. The easiest to complete are Extreme Trials fromA Realm Reborn, because players can clear them in less than a minute using theUnrestricted Partysetting. This disables Level Sync, which means players fromlevel 70 to 90benefit from an unbalanced fight and deal heavy damage to theFinal Fantasy 14bosses.
Shuffling Stamps For A Chance Of Getting More Lines
If players don’t have much luck on stamp locations, they can use Second Chance points to shuffle stamps. It’s recommended to use the Shuffling mechanic when between five and seven Duties were completed.
The feature can only be activated when three to seven stamps are used.
Shuffling costs two Second Chance points, so it’s only possible to do it four times.
