A newGenshin Impactleak reveals that the upcoming update 3.5 could introduce banner re-runs for three different characters from the playable roster. With the list of playable characters constantly expanding, HoYoverse has been introducing re-runs more often over the last couple of months.

Even the second part of the currentGenshin Impactversion 3.4 will bring two re-runs for the Hydro bow user Yelan and the fan-favorite Pyro DPS Hu Tao. The game’s official social media accounts have already revealed that update 3.5 will introduce two new characters named Dehya and Mika. Dehya is confirmed to be a five-star character which means that there will apparently be two double banners in the upcoming update.

Double banner re-runs were introduced back in update 2.3, and they allow players to pull for two limited five-star characters within a single banner cycle. Both banners always share the same four-star lineup. According to a new leak on theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit, the upcoming update 3.5 will introduce banner re-runs for three popular characters: Cyno, Eula, and Albedo. Out of these three characters, players seem most excited about Eula’s re-run, especially considering she has not been featured on a banner since update 2.3. Eula is a Cryo claymore user and one of thebest DPS characters inGenshin Impact.

Eula’s strength lies in dealing Physical damage which makes her a very flexible character that can fit a number ofdifferentGenshin Impactteam compositions. Eula’s re-run also means that her signature weapon, Song of Broken Pines, will probably be featured on the weapon banner. A lot of comments claim that they were surprised to see that the Electro user Cyno will receive a re-run since he was released a couple of months ago, back in update 3.1.

One of the reasons behind HoYoverse’s decision to give him a re-run could be the fact that a lot of players skipped Cyno to save up Primogems for Nahida, Wanderer, or even Nilou. A couple of comments have pointed out that it would be ironic if Dehya and Cyno appeared on the same banner since a lot of fansconsider Dehya to be the Pyro version of Cyno.

The last character on the list, Albedo, is a solid Geo support who can work in many team compositions in the game. Mondstadt’s famous alchemist is a great choice for players that need astrong supportiveGenshin Impactcharacterthat won’t interfere with their party’s main elemental reaction.

Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
