The main feature of the Jadeplume Terrorshroom is itsRadical Vitality. When Jadeplumetakes or deals Elemental DMG, it gains +1 Radical Vitality. Without its Talent card, it can have max 3 stacks, but since the Tavern Challenge comes with the Talent card equipped, the boss will havemax 4 stacks.
Each stack of Radical Vitality increases the boss’ Burst DMG by +1.So at 0 stacks, it will grant 4 DMG, while at 4 stacks, it’s bumped to a whopping8 DMG.
However,if Jadeplume ended the round with maximum stacks, it will lose all its Energy. This allows players to block it from casting its Elemental Burst.
