One thing that varies across all life sim/farming sim games is some form of stamina. In the case ofAnimal Crossing: New Horizons, stamina was only needed to do tasks like moving trees or destroying rocks. ForDisney Dreamlight Valley, stamina, referred to as energy,is used for almost every action a player could take excluding cooking.
InHarvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos, stamina is much more important. After the tutorial is over, stamina depletes simply by just walking around. As a result, players will need to keep an eye on their stamina bar at all times and will need to restore it regularly.

How to Restore Stamina
Stamina loss varies significantly inHarvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos. Walking around depletes stamina slowly, but dashing will make it deplete faster. In addition, doing tasks like farmingor miningwill make stamina deplete even faster. As if that wasn’t enough, stamina loss is increased further by being in hot or cold environments. If players run out of stamina, they pass out. To avoid this, players will need to regularly restore their stamina.
The first way that players can restore stamina is by going to bed. Even if players have only half a heart of stamina left, going to bed will bring them back up to their current maximum stamina. This will also allow players tosave their gameif they so desire.

Of course, if players happen to be far away from their bed they will need to use another method to restore stamina. Eating fruits and vegetables will restore half a heart of stamina. So by eating four apples (as an example), players would restore two hearts worth of stamina. Obviously, it is more effective and efficient to eat cooked food. Even a simple baguette restores a full heart of stamina. More complex food will restore significantly more stamina. In addition, some dishes will also provide resistance to stamina loss in hot or cold environments.
How to Get More Stamina
Inevitably, more stamina will be needed to explore more or do more farming. While progressing through the story, players will eventually unlock the ability to upgrade their inventory space or increase their maximum stamina. In order to do this,Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthosplayerswill need to go to the Harvest Goddess statue north of Providence Village and exchange three Harvest Wisp Fruits. This will allow players to increase their max stamina by one full heart. This will allow players to do more without having to worry as much about their stamina.
Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthosis available now on Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
