The magazines inSons of the Forestcan’t be collected like printed emails or some of the books in the game, but these magazines still serve more of a purpose than decorating the floors and furniture throughout the game. They’re bound to come up at one point or another for anyone progressing through the story or just exploringSons of the Forest’s mapbecause the recurring imagery of the magazines is in quite a few places. For players keen enough to note the contents of some of the magazine covers, a majority of the illustrations on the magazines showcase pictures that are highly relevant to the game.
Sons Of The Forest Potential VR Port
In the latest and second round of developer Q&A forSons Of The Forest, VR and post-launch support were brought up by the community and the developers didn’t quite turn down these possibilities. Endnight Games used this opportunity to remind players of its intention to make the best ofSons Of The Forestin its early access state, leading up to a full launch in the near future. Given that so much of the game’s upcoming content remains unannounced, and the developers are avoiding a direct answer on a VR port, it’s a likely theory. The particular VR magazine cover found in the game may very well be evidence that a VR port is or was in the works.
