First seen as a man without memories, Wheater Report is able to manipulate the weather and/or atmosphere with the powers of his Stand. The other character will be Father Pucci (Final), the loyal follower of Dio Brando who is able to manipulate people’s minds and souls through his Stand. Pucci will be the same as his version in the originalAll-Star Battle, where his Stand evolves during battle into C-Moon and Made in Heaven.

Bandai Namco also released the roadmap forJojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, revealing the future content players can expect from the game. The roadmap begins with Risotto Nero, the Metallica Stand user. Risotto’s arrival will be followed by the releases of Wheater Report and Father Pucci (Final) in December 2022, and the new Stage Kennedy Space Center which was removed from the original game at launch to avoid spoilers. The rest of the roadmap content has not been disclosed at this time, but the content has great potential to add to the list ofJojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle REaster eggsthat only die-hard fans noticed.
