When picking up a new game, many players' first question is how long it will take to beat. This is important for a number of reasons, as each player’s preference is different. If that sounds perfect, then that is all that players have to do. For those wanting a bit of a more extensive experience, though, they can extend the game by going for all five endings.

For completionist runs that see players get Ending A all the way through Ending E, it takes on average 70-80 hours to complete. This involvesgetting all of the weapons inNieR Replicant, beating the game five times with slight changes each time to see all endings, collecting all 42 trophies, and getting 100% on the game. Just like before, players will take more or less time to do this depending on how efficient they are, but this does give a good idea of how long it will take in general.
