Fans of the MCU were ecstatic when the company announced in July 2022 that Charlie Cox would be returning as Matt Murdock for a new Disney+ show, titledDaredevil: Born Again.This initial announcement also included details that the first season would have eighteen episodes and that it would be lighter in tone than the Netflix show, which ran for three seasons under the title,Daredevil.
