The Reddit user shared an image of their incredible haul, which includes titles such as theoriginalMetal Gear Solidgame,Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty,Wild Arms,Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec,Final Fantasy X, andDynasty Warriors 2. According to ShadowRealmDweller89, all the PlayStation games and peripherals shown in the image were purchased for just $80.

The haul includes “Greatest Hits” copies of PlayStation games and initial retail versions. Greatest Hits versions may contain additional bug fixes and adjustments when compared to the original retail copy, and the green label denotes the updated retail release. However, Greatest Hits versions are nearly identical to the original versions.

ShadowRealmDweller89’s recent haul is a real bargain since prices forclassic PlayStation video gamesappear to be rising in recent years. Some of these titles in this haul, includingMetal Gear SolidandFinal Fantasy VIII, may be found nearing the $80 price alone if the physical copy is sealed or in great condition.

Fortunately, PlayStation fans may enjoy several PS1, PS2, and PSP titles right now by purchasing aPlayStation Plus Premium subscription, which also includes game trials and cloud streaming capabilities. Sony is planning to introduce PS5 game cloud streaming to its PlayStation Plus service at a later date, and internal testing for the new PS Plus benefit is underway.
