Pokemon GOhas announced Winter Holiday Part 1, which will see the debut of Cetoddle and its evolution, Cetitan. The event takes place from December 18 at 10 a.m. to December 25 at 10 a.m. local time, and in addition to the Gen 9 Pokemon, trainers will see Pikachu and Raichu in Christmas outfits. During the event, the wild encounters will feature a variety ofice-themed Pokemon, such as Alolan Sandshrew, Seel, Swinub, Galarian Darumaka, Cryogonal, Bergmite, and Cetoddle. Other appearances will be of Pikachu, Eevee, Stantler, and Spheal in festive outfits, along with Sneasel, Piloswine, and Amamura. Theevent announcement confirmedone-star raids with Pikachu and Spheal in festive outfits, Alolan Sandshrew, Crabrawler, and Cetoddle. Meanwhile, Dewgong, Lapras, Stantler, and Glaceon dressed for Christmas, will feature in three-star raids.

In December, Niantic made abig change to the storage of items and Pokemon, increasing the maximum capacity. This weekend will be the last Community Day of the year, and it will have Pokemon from past Community Days.
