Steam is sharingthe 100 best-selling games on the platform from July 20, 2025, to July 16, 2025. The digital storefront divided the best-selling titles of the year into four different sales tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Platinum represents the top 12 best-selling games of the year, while Gold features titles 13-24, Silver represents 25-50, and Bronze displays the rest. Within the categories, however, Steam claims that games are listed in random order as “revenue specifics are not disclosed.”
While this list represents the overall best-sellingSteamgames of the past year, the digital storefront has also broken the data into different categories. Fans can also see which new releases, Steam Deck, and VR games performed the best, among others. Additionally, the platform is sharing the most-played games of the year.
In conjunction with software sales, Steam had a pretty successful year with therelease of the Steam Deck OLED handheld.
