One Piece’sStraw Hat pirate crew started with some very humble beginnings on the East Blue sea with its original five members. As the story progressed, they not only gained new members, but also an incredible amount of infamy. The Straw Hat Pirates started growingas early as Luffy’s victory over Arlong in the Arlong Park arc. This granted Luffy a bounty of 30,000,000 berries, which amounts to little compared to what he has now.

With Wano’s recent conclusion, the Straw Hat pirates have now reached new heights, and together, they led to the fall of not one but two Yonko in Kaido and Big Mom. This unprecedented event that shook the New World and World Government has led to the crew becoming incredibly popular. Now, the Straw Hat Pirates are recognized as a Yonko crew inOne Pieceand, as such, all the members have been granted new bounties to reflect that.
The Straw Hat Commanders
As expected of any Yonko crew, not every member of the Straw Hat Pirates is equally powerful. Some commanders of the crew have significantly less strength than others and don’t pose as much of a danger to the World Government. As such, their bounties are lower in comparison. The crew’s bounties start with Tony Tony Chopper, the Straw Hat’s medic. Chopper did quite a lot of work as a doctor during the raid. He found a remedy to Queen’s virus and briefly confronted him in his Monster Point, dealing little to no damage. Chopper did what he does best and that is to be a doctor.
For that, and because Oda loves this gag, Chopper’s bounty is 1000 berries only. Following him is the Cat Burglar, Nami, who was essential in the defeat of one of the Tobiroppo, Ulti. In Wano, after she retrieved Zeus from Big Mom’s possession, she dealt a telling blow to Ulti. While Ulti had already taken sustainable damage throughout the Raid by other characters such as Big Mom, Yamato, and Luffy, Nami and Zeus were still the ones to deliver the final hit, earning her a solid 366,000,000 berries bounty.

Brook follows Nami, and he played an important role in assisting and protecting Nico Robin during the Onigashima Raid. While Brook himself didn’t defeat any prominent character, unlike some of the other Commanders, he was still a major help in the fall of Tobiroppo, Black Maria. He also helped Nico Robin escape from the CP0, and all this earned him a bounty of 383,000,000 berries. Brook is followed by the Shipwright, Cyborg Franky. Franky showed a lot of his assets during this arc and even brought out his Franky Shogun on the battlefield. During the Raid, his main target was Tobiroppo Sasaki, whom he defeated rather easily. He also made sure to assist the likes of Zoro. For his contribution in the arc, he received a bounty of 394,000,000 berries. Meanwhile, Usopp, who got barely any screen time in Onigashima, still landed a huge bounty. Usopp’s only real accomplishment was to lie and take credit for the defeat of not one but two Tobiroppo in Ulti and Page One. This led to his huge bounty increase of 500,000,000 berries.
“The Devil Child” Nico Robin’s Bounty
Nico Robin is quite an intriguing case as she is one of the most dangerous characters to the World Government in One Piece. She is exceptionally skilled in combat and in Wano, proved herself as a force to be reckoned with. Robin received her second serious fight since her integration into the crew, and took on one of the Tobiroppo, Black Maria, with Brook’s assistance. After unlocking a very powerful ability, called Demonio Fleur, she managed to defeat Black Maria.
However, fighting a Tobiroppo isn’t why Robin’s bounty is high. As fans know already, Nico Robin’s main weapon against the World Government is her knowledge. Being able to read the Poneglyphs makes her a substantial threat, and as such, she gets a 930,000,000 berries bounty, which makes her the woman with the 3rd highest known bounty in the series, after Big Mom and Smoothie.

Luffy’s Strongest Three
Nearlyevery Yonko has three extremely powerful commandersunder them and the Straw Hat Pirates are no different. For the Big Mom Pirates, it was Cracker, Smoothie, and Katakuri and for the Beasts Pirates, it was Jack, Queen, and King. Similarly, the Straw Hat Pirates have Jinbe, Sanji, and Zoro. Sanji was one of the few characters to take on and defeat an All-star, notably here, Queen the Plague. Queen was Kaido’s second most powerful man, having a 1,320,000,000 berries bounty on his and showcasing his power and infamy in the New World. Being able to defeat Queen with rather ease earned him a bounty of 1,032,000,000 berries, which is surprisingly lower than what he truly deserved. Following him is Jinbe, who, in this raid, took on one of the Tobiroppo, Who’s Who, who was the most powerful of the lot.

As expected, he was defeated efficiently by Jinbe with his Fishman Karate. Jinbe is also a former Shichibukai, granting him an already existing reputation. With all that in mind, his bounty ended up being 1,100,000,000 berries. Finally, Luffy’s right-hand man, Zoro contributed immensely to the raid. His first aid was on the rooftop while fighting two Yonko, Kaido, and Big Mom. He was able to damage Kaido and reopen his wound with his newly acquired sword, Enma. Although also took a lot of damage, he was put back on his feet for one more fight against Kaido’s All-Star, King the Wildfire. With Zoro defeating King, his bounty ended up being a good 1,111,000,000 berries.
Yonko Luffy’s Bounty
Yonko Monkey D. Luffy, the man who took down Kaidosinglehandedly and freed Wano, was Onigashima’s most important character. All throughout the fight, Luffy developed and grew in strength massively. He awakened his Devil fruit and developed a new Gear – the long-awaited Gear 5. It was revealed that Luffy actually ate a Mythical Zoan, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, which is greatly dangerous to the World Government. For all that he did, Luffy’s bounty rests at 3,000,000,000 berries bounty, similar to that of Kid and Law.
On the surface, this makes little sense; he certainly did much more thanTrafalgar D. Water Law, and Eustass Kid, who teamed up to attack Yonko, Big Mom. However, this figure makes sense once fans consider the fact that the World Government is covering up the return of the “Sun God” Nika in Monkey D. Luffy, the personification of freedom. As such, it makes sense for them to grant him a lower-than-deserved bounty, even though he defeated Kaido, a man with a 4.6 billion berries bounty.MORE:One Piece: Strongest Haki Specialists, Ranked
